Service was good. Check in was easy. Room service is from 4pm to midnight. Breakfast does not have turkey or beef options. Close proximity to the Mall, Spa service and golf. Good for groups.
Nicely appointed rooms. Nothing exceptional above and beyond Marriott's normal standards. But clean. Pretty sweet lobby. Very big and active The hotel apparently has a theater which may or may not be owned by Marriott which became a bit chaotic on a Sunday afternoon when the Patrons got out. Negative of this place is that the parking lot lights are awful. Really dark, some lights were not operational and made walking to and from the hotel challenging.
Recently had our wedding reception at the LMR and we have nothing but good things to say. We had a great experience working with Olivia planning our event. We really appreciated how organized she was and how helpful she was ensuring our special day went on without a hitch. The lakeside pavilion was the perfect location for our reception. We had so many compliments from guests about the venue & food. We would highly recommend booking this venue for your special day! Rooms were clean and staff were friendly.
It's a very nice property. The restaurant inside has a decent menu and staff has been very nice. Room is a tad small but nice. Overall not disappointed with the stay and would stay here again.
This is a nice hotel and the food is AMAZING. Especially for the price. The rooms are standard for a 4 star place, it's nice to have the patio. I would like if there was a bit more shrubbery around the patio so it felt more private. We enjoyed the fine dining restaurant and Habib was an amazing server and advised on wines, and also funny!! The bar food was also awesome. We ate salmon, steak, pasta and a variety of sides over a few days, all delicious. We were able to bring our dogs for a reasonable fee. This is a family friendly hotel so there were kids in the pool, etc, but parents monitored appropriately. It's a lively place during the day, and there's a good energy in the bars etc so I would not recommend this for a "solitude" type stay, but then again we didn't try the spa. We loved our stay and will be back. This place is also on the Des Plaines river trail system!
Grand big hotel with lots of space for activities. The rooms are nice and clean with good beds and furniture. The room i was in have newly renovated bathrooms. And the senic views all around the property is amazing.will come back again.
Huge Classic hotel at Lincolnshire. Rooms are clean enough. Restaurant menu are various if you are rocked up with heavy snow.
It offers a lot on site. That being said, the room is more expensive to what I am used to with similar quality. Are the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tub, golf on site, Broadway-style theater on site, Starbucks on site, three restaurants on site worth the extra $100/night? That's a personal decision for you to make. I witnessed a beautiful Asian Indian wedding on site and the hotel was a worthy venue for such a magnificent event.
